To celebrate the new Muppets movie, OPI has launched a line of nail polishes inspired by the Muppets. My favorite in the bunch is this crazy multi-colored glittery frenzy called Rainbow Connection. There are varying chunks of glitter that just adds to the razzmatazz. I had a heck of a time trying to find places online selling it, but found it on Amazon for $2.50 (but including shipping/handling it's about $9 - $10 total).

This looks like the Lippman Collection nail polish called "Happy Birthday." It doesn't cost $2.50 but you can find it at most department stores (I found mine at Lord and Taylor). It's my favorite polish to date!
