NARS Celebrate soft Touch Shadow Pencil

I recently went into Sephora and found myself completely smitten with this amazing green shadow pencil by NARS called Celebrate.  The company describes it as "parrot green" but it's more of a funky, gorgeous yellow-tinged green that's part over-the-top and part super fabulous.  The color can surprisingly go on soft and subtle, or if you really want it to pop, you can apply it on more heavily.  Love!  $24 at Sephora
