OMG - I can't tell you how much I love, love, love Goldstar Events. It's my "go-to" for events, concerts, sports, theater and more in my area. PLUS, tickets are at a major discount, and for some events, the tickets are even free! What I love most about it (besides the cheap-o tix), is that it really keeps me informed on events happening in my area that I had no idea was going on. Most recently, I saw Nevermore, a one-man show about Edgar Allan Poe (fabulous!).
Also, another feature I really appreciate are all the reviews and member tips for each event. Sometimes you get really valuable tips and advice that you wouldn't have known otherwise unless you had attended (such as, the event doesn't serve food, or the theater tends to be chilly so bring a jacket. Good stuff.)
Goldstar is available in Boston, Chicago, DC Metro, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Orange Country, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle (just added).
So if you live in an area that Goldstar services, join, join join - it's freeeeeee and you have everything to gain (like, how I gained a social life - ha!)
