Strange and unusual and uniquely beautiful, this Get a Backbone necklace is really something different. It reminds me of the pukka beads that surfer boys wore when I was a kid, but with a slightly darker twist. It might make a good gift for the goth surfer in your life, or maybe just the guy who like sealife…or bones. Clearly it’s not for everyone (i.e. vegans) but it sure does make a statement. $20 at the Beaded Lilly on etsy.
