My doctor's office has one of these "I Spy" toys (It's nowhere as cute as this one) and it keeps my three year old quiet and occupied for our ENTIRE appointment. Great for a car ride or to have on hand for long waits. Lots of styles to choose from too $24 at Those Greathouse Women

The pellets don't come out. At least they dont in the ones Ive seen.

Great looking bag with cool toys, love the idea but OMG wont those poly pellets get everywhere and cling to everything?
