"I Choo Choo Choose You" is the Valentine's Day card that Lisa gives Ralph in an episode of the Simpson's :)

I have seen different versions of the "I Choo-Choo-Choose You" shirt on a variety of websites...I'm afraid I don't get it :( Is it some inside joke I'm totally missing?
On the other hand, I love BustedTees. They have the funniest shirts ever! I couldn't pick just one favorite, but I love the "I'm so excited! I'm so scared!" shirt from good old Saved by the Bell!
