So I blew half a grand to buy airline tickets to see my godfather over the holidays and I really could've used Farecast.com because prices went down (okay, my heart just sank). It helps U.S. travelers see current airfare prices and using a special formula, it predicts if you should buy now or wait, along with its confidence rating for predicting that prices will rise or fall.
And for all you drivers, the site Fuel Me Up will give you gas prices of locations near where you live in the U.S. so you can shop for the best price - even if it's only a few cents a gallon.
Enjoy!

I used Yapta.com for this same type of service. It worked great!
